We’ve been planning and playing different asynchronous (or drop-in, drop-out) games on our Discord. But what does this mean? 🤔 These are games that can be played over a longer period of time ⏳ (in our case, usually over a week) and people can drop in to them whenever they are free. The beauty of these games is that people don’t have to be available at a particular time, and participation is usually quite quick and easy 😄

After the success of our first drop-in, drop-out game (Story Hive), we decided to play Emoji Movies! 😁 🤨😳

This game is kind of like charades with emojis. We picked a few famous Hollywood films and used emojis to represent them. We then asked our community what they thought the films might be.

What was the community reward for guessing the emoji movie? Gifs and stars of course!
