The demo is nearly ready! Read on to see how levels are looking, what you can do with the level-building system and some more of those sweet animations 🤸

Rupert has made a very flexible level-building system. So Shaz had a few goes at figuring out a grid system that lets you: 

1) Make levels fairly quickly 

2) Edit levels to add or remove tiles and objects 

3) Make it easy for other people to understand how to make levels. 

You can see that the level grid is nice and tidy and uses a co-ordinates system, making it easy to add or remove tiles!

Here’s a little sneak peek of level 5! Shaz has been working on the levels and weaving together all the maps, 2D characters, 3D objects and code to create some lovely levels for you all to play in the demo.

New NPCs are making their way into the hospital! These will be the patients that you have to heal in the hospital.

 They'll have fewer animations than the four-player characters since they don't need to throw and hold items. Josh figured a hearty thumbs up will do when they're healed.
